Does the US need more action and fewer tears from Speaker Boehner?

Boehner prior to taking the gable mainly saying jobs jobs jobs... Boehner after taking the gable mainly saying deficit deficit deficit... hmmmm... I guess he needs the tears to get some symphony since he isn't talking about jobs anymore.
