u already realiz this is fake.so that means ur not phycotic shyizo. or anyhing . thats the good news. the bad: ur too cought up in ur head . i have a similar problem. the theripest told me that u ( i ) have to foucue on the reall world more. a way to do that is by breathing. in threw the nose (only) and out threw the mouth or nose. if u do that for a while it is proven to calm urself regulate ur heart beat and connect u to reallity. other ways are to distact urself and stop thinking of her. if u sucseed by not thinking of her once , ull gain confodince and stop. but remmember its a PROSSES things come slowly but surely. yes u have to see a theripest and no ur not mentel ur dissconected from small eotions and from reallity. oh and one more thing ....u might not like reall grls bcause u dont ! u would have fallen in love with ur online friend weather grl or boy . u were soo obsorved in her that u saw things black and wight, shes helpful to me =i love her try connecting to ur emotions and realizing wht ur feelings for this grl really are ...
